What visitors are saying

“Three weeks ago I applied for the renewal of my passport and Albanian ID. Ms. Valentina was a huge help. She was very professional, very quick, very kind, and she knew exactly what she was doing. I was very stressed out about the renewal of my passport however the emails were answered in a very timely manner and the communication in person was very clear. I hadn’t brought the money order with me the day of the appointment which Ms. Manjola and Ms. Valentina told me I could go within that time frame and purchase it. Due to their flexibility I was able to send the application on time. Very thank”

“For over 20 years in NYC I don’t had any need to contact our consulate in New York. But now that I want to connect with e-albania for retairement I realize that I don’t have the right documents. The help desk of e-albania recommends me to contact our consulate. I am so satisfied with people that work there.Responded the phone for the first time I called. They give me the recommended documents, the NID number and the form of identification. For two weeks I finished everything. I cannot thank enough this guys for their help and respondent my emails immediately.Thank you guys, you are the best.My bad”

“The worst eveeeeeeer!! They never ever pick up the phone! They get all ur docs and never even try to explain or say anything if completed or where the case is! You live out the state of Albania and they ask you to reach to e-Albania portal. Try to reach out e-Albania they say to contact to the consulate. You would never ever get the job done no matter how hard time u had to collect and sent all documents they asked for and for over 1 year they still dont give any response on what they are doing with a simple case just to register your child. Its more easy to take the trip to Albania then to de”

“Hands down the Albanian ladies that work there are the best . Valentina went above and behind to make the process super easy. Unfortunately I didn’t get the other lady name (the one that did fingerprints and photos ) she was amazing also . I also noted they were super patient with visitors and working non stop. Although working , out of an old freezing building with No Heat . Best wishes to all Albanian staff working in consulate , we appreciate your hard work . Faleminderit 🇦🇱. Insider tip , unless is an emergency you should communicate with consulate personnel via emails ( they seems to be”

“I had an excellent experience from my appointment today at the consulate when I went with my mother to renew her passport and the carte ID. Valentina was very helpful with all the questions that I had and she was very professional in every aspect. I had a much better experience this time compared with my visit to the consulate 3 years ago. Thank you.”

“The first lady who takes copies of your passport and ID is so rude and unprofessional Asked her a question about do you take credit cards and her reply was no but I hope u got enough money on your debit and I was shocked. I dont think she has a degree in art to do suck jokes or whatever she might call it. The second lady was professional and knew how to do her job and be respectful towards you”

Wrote an email to the Consulate and in an hour I received a very detailed email from the Counsellor Najada Sojli. A very comprehensive step by step informations and the fees would apply for the passport renewal. In less than a week Ireceived the confirmation that my application was approved and an appointment was scheduled for me at the Consulate to do the fingerprints. “I never write a review , for all of these people here saying that the service is great ,Now I'm sure 1000 percent that these reviews are all fake, I have been trying to get my passport from the beginning of April 2019 and I have not got it yet ,and I'm no where close to getting it. the services absolutely TERRIBLE , No one picks up the phone, after months of no help I drove 75 miles to go to the office hopping I get someone to help me , the office was closed ,called them no one picks up they say go on line, there is Nadia that gets back to you with very little help,I'm not blaming her I'm s”
