Well...... even though the county stamped and signed my paperwork they never put it in the system !! so I get this threatening letter from them. I email the Observer and they immediately send over my copy and after I explain I live in Tehachapi, Mr. Luckey actually took his time and drove over there and gave the county ANOTHER copy of the already stamped by the county paperwork. Not only was the Observer nice to start with when I first called but this was excellent customer service. !”
