What visitors are saying

“I was just passing by this little newsstand and wanted to grab a bottle of water 💧— but my credit card wasn’t working. I didn’t expect the owner to not only go to the back to get the water for me, but also refuse to take any money for it. He simply handed it to me with a smile and said, “This is my good deed of the day — it makes me happy to do it.” 🧡 In a city where I’m a stranger, this small act of kindness truly touched me. I felt incredibly warm and grateful 🙏. He reminded me that even the smallest gestures can make a big difference. I’ll definitely carry this kindness forward and try to ”

“Stopped by to get magazines because you can’t find this great of a selection anywhere else in town. The man working there was so incredibly helpful and kind. You can tell everyone in the neighborhood loves him, dogs and neighbors all stopped by and said hello. If he didn’t have what you needed he would order it for you. Pretty rare to get service like that still. The selection of magazines and papers was top notch. He had magazines from all over the world. I got what I needed and then some. I will be back again soon! Thank you to the nice gentleman who helped me….so sorry i cannot remem”
