What visitors are saying

“This quick stop CNBC Atlanta store at the Atlanta Airport, was properly priced, clean, well stocked with a great selection of snacks and any souvenirs you may want from Atlanta. When I walked in I was promptly greeted, I found what I was seeking quickly. I was surprised to see a self-checkout at a store like this, It was easy to use.”

“It August 31, 2025 at 8:18pm. I went into the cnbc store t purchase some candy. The store has been left completely unattended. I was not able to make a purchase. I would not be surprised if a braver soul with much less to lose simply took what they needed w/o paying. I never experienced something like that at an airport store before. It is really quite alarming.”

“May 30, 2023, 11:40 am. Stopped at the A concourse for a quick sandwich and PB&J salad and the cashier lady had a major attitude saying I am in her space while I am paying beside her counter. If she think the customers are in her cashiers space the company should redesign the counter for her. And when we open the food container in the seats and found out the vegetables are rotten. How could CNBC allow this to happen!”

“More magazines than usual to choose from at an airport magazine stand. Jetset in Style because it's ironic. Everyone loves an unabashed tourist.”

— Benjamin Allen · ★★★★☆ · 2018-4-13

“Do not purchase a wireless set of airbuds here, despite the cheap price they are left intentionally uncharged. Once I noticed this and pointed out to the manager I asked if I could return them and pay an uncharged for the 30 dollar wired pair which was promptly denied, they offered to sell me a 20 dollar charging block however and when I said no the manager had a nice little laugh. Overall: Poor products at least for headphones Rude manager Skip for any headphone purchase”

“The clerk at the cashier was on her earpiece, having a conversation with a friend, the entire time I was browsing in the CNBC News Atlanta storefront at Hartsfield-Jackson in Atlanta (7/1, 9pm Est). Even during the transaction, while she was handing me my change, she was still fully engaged in this personal conversation and barely acknowledged my existence. Obvilious and ignorant. This speaks volumes about how CNBC cares about its brand, its services, and its customers.”

“I visited the CNBS Quickshop near Gate A3 around 12:58 PM on 11/26/24. When I arrived, the employee, Cynthia, was on a FaceTime call discussing a charger a customer had purchased. I waited at the register for about five minutes to pay for a bottle of water and gum. As my flight was boarding soon, I politely asked if I could be checked out. Cynthia responded that she was helping another customer but continued her conversation on FaceTime instead of assisting me. This experience left me feeling frustrated, as I expected quicker service at such a busy location. Needless to say I could not purchas”

“Bought a pop. Placed exact change on counter 3 ones and a quarter, 1penny. Not a handfull of change She looked at me and said your not going to hand it to me. Very rude”

“The lady working today 12/29/22 at 2:18 pm asked me if I was going to shut the cooler door that was open. I told her it was open an hour ago. She said “my good customers shut it, obviously you’re not one of them”. I feel like a tiny store like that, would be easily managed by one person. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
