What visitors are saying

“Your typical airport new stand. This one's a little smaller. Prices are always about the same everywhere you go in the airport. They have books snags, small blankets, air port pillows even have a few sandwiches, magazines, peanuts everything's in English. It's right by the ladies restroom and it has a TV in it as well”

— Mr. Branham · ★★★☆☆ · 2023-6-19

“The best part of the experience visiting this story is utilizing the self-serve kiosk. The person working behind the counter was extremely unfriendly, did not even acknowledge me when I said hello or goodbye two people were waiting in line behind me but instead of her checking them out she had them wait for the self-service kiosk while she was playing on her phone.”

— Jim Aponte · ★☆☆☆☆ · 2024-6-10

“The self-checkout kiosk assistant was extremely rude to my friend. Please hire better employees. Date 2/19/2025 at 17:20.”

“Terminal B location in CLT is a no go. Got totally ignored in the store, so I went to a different store, Queen City Market. The shelves were well stocked and the staff was friendly.”

— Toni Harris · ★☆☆☆☆

“The cashier was extremely rude " If you dont have cash, you're wasting my time." Tried to purchase 2 pillows that had a sign stating 2 for 35.⁰⁰ They rang up at 49.⁰⁰ told the cashier, her respose was "thats how much they rang up for...you want em?" Wow. Horrible customer service. Wish I could talk to her boss and I hope they watch her at work. 515pm Thurs 9/29/2022”

“Location by C15 in Charlotte airport. Purchased a quick parfait before my flight. No spoons. And no one near by will give them out. Waste of money.”

— Nancy Penny · ★☆☆☆☆

“The girl who worked in concourse B on 1.24.19 was extremely rude. She was closing the store while I was in there. Instead of actually telling me she was closing, she closed the gate and gave me little space to leave the store. I apologized and said I was leaving. She glared at me and didn't say a word. My briefcase got stuck in the door on my way out because she left me little room to leave. Terrible customer service!! So glad I didn't buy anything there.”

— Nicole Clarke · ★☆☆☆☆

“Extremely rude employee "Kierra" at Gate C 15 in CLT. I asked her if she worked there, as she was talking on cellphone with a personal call, and I was looking for assistance. Her response "I ain't doing this fer fun"!”

— Andy Grimm · ★☆☆☆☆

“Nothing too special about this store, if your in a jam and need a few items they will most likely have them, for a hefty price. The staff didn’t acknowledge me but that’s ok, prices were extremely high, reading material was interesting though.”

— Nathan Ramirez · ★★★☆☆
