“Usually I've no issues with this store. I've stopped in dozens of times while flying out of JAX! Today was no different. I had to have my Dr.Pepper for the plane flights! Once inside, I realized I had forgotten my Apple charging block. I purchased one just to ensure I had one. Of course, I purchased the wrong one! I had previously checked myself out with the self- help kiosk. The store employee made it seem like one hell of an issue that she has to actually USE her cash register to exchange the ' still in package' cube that I had bought moments prior. Short with words and strong on attitude,”

“Cashier on 12/03/25 at 4pm at the Jacksonville airport was extremely rude. I will never shop at this market at any airport ever again! Note to cashier…Don’t work a customer service job if you can’t provide good customer service.”

“This store has everything from reading materials, periodicals, magazines, to snacks and beverages. Within the Jacksonville airport they also have a grab-and-go food service option with sandwiches and ready-made salads. They also had Florida type souvenirs t-shirts and sweatshirts..”

“Was charged $59.99 when ear buds were listed under $39.99. Clerk Maria was rude and they stock all the 59.99 in the 39.99 space. That’s just wrong, and this clerk did not care at all.”

“The assistant at the Jacksonville location was either rude or oblivious. I purchased items on 02 July at 13:15 hrs. The attendant told me the price and I placed the funds on the counter. I then looked over and she had her hand out and said I could place the funds in her hand (about 2 inches from where I had placed the funds ). I then did so, and asked why there was an issue. She said I could put the money in her hand. Just an odd and unnecessary micro aggression on her part. I travel all the time and this was a first for me”

“They broadcast poison propaganda lies. I went in there to buy stuff for flight and i heard broadcasted that Joe Biden has had a historic successful presidency (while our country is falling apart) and that it is over shadowed by Trump. When describing Trump they said that he drops nukes and said a bunch of other lies. So I put my stuff back because I can't support lying organizations trying to influence American idiots that don't know any better because they are puppets. Makes me sick what our "news" stations have become. Shame on you for spreading this evil lying hate just so you can have powe”

“Outstanding service. My glasses were smudged and I asked young lady working at this store if they carried cleaning cloths. They didn't have any in stock, so she gave me hers! That gesture made my day. Thank you.”
