“Helped Cat Cheshire with putting together two different articles and after I figured I should see if she'd be willing to do an article related to my industry. She told me we would have to wait 6 months until a time when the industry was relevant topic. So, I waited and reminded her 6 months later and she told me the parameters we needed to work within. I got to work putting lots of time and thought into the outline and rough draft. I was asked to make changes and changes were made. She then said we could not put my phone number up with the article (which I've now found out was a complete lie) ”

“Late review of the Denver Westword paper, and somewhat limited. Up until 2019 I lived in Denver, Colorado then moved to Minnesota. The Westword paper is free and distributed in many places in Denver including stores and drop boxes on street corners. In the beginning I found Westword to be informative from 2000 till 2012. With that said. From 2013 forward I stopped reading the Westword as it became more of an advertisement paper than a news source especially with marijuana ads that outnumbered other regular advertisements. In my opinion is that Westword is a marijuana user newspaper then a pap”

“Had an absolutely horrible experience advertising with these guys. The ads produced very little results, not even close to the amount that they costed. Also, they billed me for 3 additional add even after I cancelled my services and they told me it was going to stop. Taking advantage of small businesses like mine is a shameful thing to do in this day and age”

“I'm a big fan of Westword. Always up-to-date event listings. But, as i was scrolling I came across an article written by, Michael Roberts- Editor of Westword since 1990s. I shared with him a very personal story and he found the right time and right manner to tell it. I'm humbled you never forgot. DECEMBER 4, 2019 Thank you”

“This company is part of and works with Vmedia or voice digital media . They are a scam! They will take your money and provide no benefit, lie to you about what they are going to do and then repeatedly charge your card after you cancel only to have them lie more and say you wont be charged and then continue to charge your card. Avoid at all costs!”

“I love Westword for the most part. They are however getting ONE star due to the fact that they have NO CLUE how to rate and review Green Chili! I am sick and tired of them giving good reviews on Green Chili that is HOT! GREEN CHILI IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE FN HOT AS THE SUN! When Colorado Mexicans started making Green Chili 40+ yrs ago they called it GRINGO Chili, because it was supposed to be MILD chili so that the gringos could handle it. Westwords food reviewers have NO CLUE!”

“The revivalists are a great music group. Top of the line... They're eclectic and so diverse in their sound and performance. They can pump up the crowd and then collectively bring everyone back through for a groovy break down, the sound at westward is completely unjustified. Turn it up. The people in the back can't hear. TURN THE MUSIC UP.”

“Without a doubt a Natives HandGuide to colorado best deals period in denver and losts to read about, jobs, finance, art, weekly new topics and lots more”

“Decent local paper. Not much depth to their stories though. I get it, it's hard to make money in print media, thus hard to pay enough to attract good writers.”
— Chris Hubbard · ★★★☆☆
“Some of the most biased, lie filled "journalism" I've ever seen. Horrible.”
