“Never again! Took the computer in for a keyboard install. Now it's inoperable. Screen won't turn on. They said I could buy a new computer, really? The new repair store says wrong screws were put in wrong places, like it was put back together hastily. The same people don't work here anymore. So I'll never come back. They broke my 3k dollar computer. Update- geeksquad at best buy found the problem. This imbecile took the RAM out while powered on. He fried it. They found the issue in literally 3 minutes.
