“I went on 11/25 and bought a gallon of tea when I arrived to my party I realized they gave me a tea that said chug before 11/20 but I can't go back in time so I went back today 11/26 and just wanted to exchange it for a non expired one. Mistakes happen, it is what it is. But then the employee who was not even the one helping me jerked the tea out of my hand knocked over stuff in front of the registers by doing so. I was friendly, it's the holidays, I forget the day of the week but it's not my fault that your store decided not to close at 6 and decided to stay open till 8pm. Why do I even need ”
