“Unfortunately, I had a really negative experience with Hudson Homes Management when I declined to sign an additional rental term at an increased rate. They offered three “one time courtesy” amounts from $250-$750, but would not allow me to sign another lease at my current rate. After renting with them for a year I chose to move because comparable homes nearby were less expensive and the market was cooling. When I was cleaning out the home, I was very thorough and even paid for a paint match to make sure the areas where I had hung curtain rods/ art etc. would be as they were upon move in. They ”

“If I could give them negative stars I would. We rented from them for two years and it was a complete nightmare. Their maintenance is a joke and there's absolutely no accountability within the "company", if you even want to call it that. On top of all that, we returned the home in better condition then we rented it and our deposit was still taken from. We spackled, painted, pressure washed all concrete on the property as well as the garage, did all the yard work, and hired a professional cleaning company to detail the property. “You can expect that you will not get your full deposit back even if you return the property in mint condition. They literally to pictures of inside the trash cans and the bulk trash at the curb that was scheduled for usual pickup and charged 138 for removal of trash. It’s really sad that this is how a company treats their good tenants who pay 4500 to break lease plus give 60 day notice. Photos of emails and trash attached.”

“We haven't rented a home in several years but have family members who own rentals and are property managers. We were very disappointed about the condition our rental home was in upon move in. Although everything was in working condition the home was very dirty. It appears no make ready clean was performed at all and we spent two days doing a thorough cleaning in order to put away our belongings. “Do not EVER rent from this company! Last August our basement flooded with nearly 100 gallons of water. It was a Saturday night and we called the emergency maintenance line and they said someone would be out that Monday despite the fact that my husband and I both stated several times that the basement was actively flooding. The maintenance worker finally came out that next Monday to evaluate. He came back Tuesday and ripped up all of the vinyl planks that had water damage, put them in a pile, and left fans going in the basement for a couple days. “Hudson Homes maintenance is the worst landlord company hope you never need to stay in an house from them or have an neighboring house from them. they just don't care at all. No Communication at all after 3 calls, voicemails and even multiple emails the maintenance still not fixing ( over 8 weeks ) issues with the property and the lawn. Hudson Homes refused to fix issues specially any kind if fences are involved they have ZERO interest to fixing defective fences or fencing in their rental places at all, they don't care about the renters privacy and or the neighboring property's at all. “The maintenance communication is terrible. I put in a request when my AC broke 3 days ago, and I live in FLORIDA, and according to them this is an emergency request which everyone would agree but nothing has been done. It has been 3 days and no one has contacted me to schedule anything. First thing they said was someone will contact me in TWELVE hours...
