“If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had to ask the lady twice to purchase headphones. She ignored me and the when she finally moved to get the key, she decided helping someone price a bag of chips vs me purchasing headphones was more important. Note to business: if you are going to put anti-theft locks on everything, then staff your store sufficiently to help your customers.”

“The staff member at the counter did not even look up as I walked the store twice trying to see if I found a shot glass in there. Great selection of books and magazines though!!! To be expected I know but pricy. Found some titles I was interested in but upon checking Amazon they were all at least $5 cheaper online than at the store. Super helpful for last minute choices for commuters.”

I needed a place to charge my phone or to sell me a map. The area, unfortunately, has neither of those things. Elizabeth didn't send me away though. She was determined, and much more optimistic than I was, to find a solution. When no obvious answer was presented, she created one through personal means. Without skipping a beat, she'd assist me after giving every paying customer undivided atte”
