“Highly recommend! The front desk staff were extremely nice, and offered complimentary champagne! The rooms were a bit larger than other hotels I have stayed in the Chelsea area. The fridge had a variety of complimentary water, soda, etc. The lobby had a wonderful scent, but not overpowering. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“My family and I had a pleasant time here. It was so accommodating and held very high standards on guest services. Will definitely visit and stay here again. Shout out to Felipe and Carla from The Wilson restaurant for wonderful service and giving me the tour of the restaurant. And Tiffany from front desk is sweet and inviting. Truly loved it here”

“Positive: Location, aesthetic, staff Negative: The Family Loft is just two adjoining rooms, not a “loft.” The pictures and description led me to believe I was paying the kind of money I was (almost $---) for a much for spacious and well thought out place.”

“This was a fantastic location...Just a few blocks in either direction to the subway. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holiday and it smelled incredible. While not a fan of the bathroom shower stall kind of being visible from the rest of the room..I was fine with it as it was only me. However for familys...not sure if the set up is different as you can pretty much see into the shower from the rest of the room. The room was spacious and I loved the free drinks in the fridge. There was plenty of storage as well. The music playing throughout was also great for city vibes. The attached restau”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent — from the friendly and professional staff to the comfortable rooms, perfect location, cleanliness, and high-quality facilities. The atmosphere was elegant and peaceful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!”

“Did not enjoy our stay here. Our coffee maker in our room didn’t work, and instead of trying to help or taking a look at it, the front desk person basically told us we must just not know how to use it because it works. We have a Nespresso and have used this specific type dozens of times. I have a broken foot and needed ice for it, and one time it just never came after I waited an hour for it. When you’re paying $45/night for an amenity fee we should not have these issues. The room was quiet though so that was nice.”

“Amaaaaaazing hotel! Having already tried the Melia Katmandu in Mallorca, we thought we'd give the Melia Innside a try for our recent trip to New York. The position of this hotel (literally a few minutes walk from Times Square, and 2 minutes from the nearest subway station) is unbelievable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room and general decor are more fitting for a 6-star hotel than a 4-star! The only criticism I have is that the service for breakfast was very slow - but after we discovered that on the first morning we made sure we went down earlier on the other days so”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — close to Times Square, the Empire State Building, and the subway. Our room was lovely, and they kindly upgraded us to a king-size bed since we were traveling with our almost two-year-old. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay. There are just a couple of small things that could be improved. We arrived early, before check-in time, which we completely understood, but when we came back a little after 3 PM, our room still wasn’t ready, so we had to wait a bit longer. The front desk staff were ”

“We had a wonderful week at this hotel. Denise welcomed us with kindness and attention during check-in, making our first hours in New York very special. The hotel is clean, spacious, and perfectly located — you can walk almost everywhere, with subway stations just a block away. They offer complimentary water, coffee, and tea, and at check-out, Julio and Denise were again very helpful and kind. We also celebrated my mother’s birthday, and the hotel prepared a lovely room decoration. Highly recommended!”

“Generally very well appointed and designed. Major concern is that the walls are paper thin. I was woken up for hours in the middle of the night by my immediate neighbor talking loudly in Chinese. Also the room doors let in a lot of bright hallway light. So it’s not a great place for a great night’s sleep.”
