“I went attended the Aerial Basics class about a month ago and I LOVED it. 1st, the interior is super cute and it's 2 stories so like the 2nd floor is there rest room and locker room. It's super chic. 2nd, the teacher was Anabella and she was great. 3rd, this class reminded me of when I used to take pole fitness classes. It works those same muscles. Not only was it fun but it was mentally relaxing. I love it. Just make sure you bring a yoga matt because I believe they charge to rent one of you don't come with 1. Stay hydrated because the upside down and spinning on the silks can cause some lite”
