“I’ve been receiving the times for three decades and presently I’m very disappointed. Can’t seem to get the paper regularly, on time and most of all delivered to my front door. Used to receive the paper before 5 AM before I went to work and now it either comes or does not come and it’s getting later and later today Paper didn’t come till after 8 AM. If you were working person, you have left for work already. When trying to reach somebody to talk about the delivery problem can only speak to someone in the Philippines and they really don’t understand the problem. Very polite, but not very helpful”

“There are wonderful free tours (with reservations required) of the printing plant. The papers move at speeds of 30 miles an hour, and each stack of bundles is 2000 pounds. Each bundle costs $600, and a 30 foot tall stack of wrapped bundles lasts approximately three months. Good reminder to recycle! The plant is very exciting and a fun place to tour.”

“Signed up for weekend newspaper delivery - you'd think they'd want to keep new subscribers, right? They failed to deliver on THE FIRST DAY. I called to get it redelivered, they didn't do that either! What's the point of paying you guys to give me your newspaper if you fail to deliver it at all completely on the very first scheduled delivery day? How bad is your delivery system??? Jesus H. Christ!”

“Canceled my subscription after the LA Times gave opinion on all voting measures except the most important one: Harris. How can they just tuck their tail between their legs and not have an opinion on this. We have one candidate who is clearly a leader for the country another who is a felon and tried to steal the last election. The LA Times finds too hard to form an opinion? Done.”

“It was cool to see the Los Angeles Times building in person after reading some of their articles 📰🗞️”

“Total joke subscription service. Tried to sign up my mom for print delivery. It was digital only. They couldn't convert her subscription, only cancel. And now that they did, she won't qualify for the new subscriber delivery as she was considered an existing subscriber even though we canceled the first day and I assure you my 77 year old mother didn't see the digital version. So they were helpless managing their own system and won't honor their own promotion. Guess I'll be getting her the Washington Post. These folks deserve to go out of business. Sad. You'd think with the current state of paid”

“Don't sign up for their digital subscription because it is quite difficult to cancel it. Just call the number on the website you say? Oh, noones in the office to answer phones a recording says. Just do it through online account management maybe? I can log in no problem but there's an error with my account when I try to view the bill or change payment methods... of course. The website does recommend to call the number I tried earlier though, so thats helpful. Good job LA Times, get that money anyway you can.”

“I am very unsatisfy with LA Times News Paper Local Distributor. We subscribed to received the News paper Sundays and Thursdays. LA Times Distributor didn't delivered the first week. So we called and someone responded somewhere in the Philippines. They said that they would resolve the problem. Today however, my husband went outside to pick his news paper and there is NO news paper to be read. So I called LA Times and they said they CAN'T deliver the paper that they MISSED today. I wish that they kept their word. I will cancel this subscription since LA Times News Local Paper can't delive”

“LA Times made an unauthorized charge to my debit card for a subscription there is apparently no record of. Never received a paper and although they admit there is no subscription in my name after I sent proof of the unauthorized transaction and spoken to several people I have yet to receive a call back to explain how this happened nor has the charge been refunded. Although I did have a subscription years ago after cancelling I have no idea why my debit card is being stored in the LA Times database to begin with.”
