“It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating how this location has gone completely downhill ever since the old crew has been replaced with the new crew… this used to be my go-to spot and I actually looked forward to stopping by and talking to the employees that made me feel like a friend not just a shopper but with the new crew I felt like they weren’t knowledgeable, respectful, accommodating, or helpful at all. “I can't shop here any more, they don't have the same products I've bought there for a long time. Budtenders scramble to find things but then say they don't have them. A woman who was training an employee was rude and condescending to the employee, it was embarrassing. That woman told the employee that she was training, 'it's OK to make customers wait'. I didn't enjoy the wait, no one greeted me when I walked in the door, owners were rude and products on the shelf were unavailable, I'm not shopping there anymore.”
