What visitors are saying

“They have such an amazing collection of magazines here! I actually just drove all the way from downtown LA to shop here, knowing I’d have literally at most 10 minutes to shop before they had to close. What was initially a simple misunderstanding turned into attitude being directed towards me that made me uncomfortable enough to just leave. Super bummed to leave empty handed, their selection is seriously amazing and especially with the stand in larchmont being going this place is all the more valuable. I can only imagine how exhausted they are by the end of a long day but idk I’m still disappo”

“walked in yesterday afternoon to get a drink. There was a female staff member with Asian aperrance, which is very rude and disrespectful. There was no customer service, no hi, thank you, very aggressive.”

“Charlotte in the post office is always cheerful, kind, and very helpful.🌺”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Mia for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond while helping my grandmother send out a package. Even though she was busy assisting other customers, she still made the time to patiently guide my grandmother and ensure everything was taken care of properly.”

— Angie García · ★★★★★

“The girl who worked here today had a major attitude problem. Incredibly rude and and confrontational. Whoever's the owner or manager needs to train employees on being respectful and courteous.”

— ben der · ★★☆☆☆

“I walked into the store and was immediately met with an aggressive “I’m closed”. I didn’t even realize she was talking to me at first, and when I said she could be a bit gentler, she snapped back with “I am.” She wasn’t. She genuinely startled me, and the whole interaction left a really bad taste. It’s disappointing to see a female employee speak to customers like that. Shame on her for choosing attitude over basic courtesy.”
