“5 star review for our service yesterday. We rented a Wagoneer and it was rear wheel drive. All the snow we had gotten over the last 48 hours, we called and needed a 4x4. They catered to us immediately and swapped us into a new Wagoneer. They had the rental transfer done before we even walked in the door. It was flawless. Took 2 minutes to get out of the car. Inside. “I don’t even know where to begin. The service was impeccable! Jim was there to help me with my rental. First thing he did on the day of my pick up, he called me to notify me. Told me my van wasn’t available because the family extended their rental and wasn’t available until noon. Which is understandable, with that being said. He upgraded me to a 12 passenger van. 2025 Mercedes Sprinter we enjoyed it VERY much. Everyone was comfortable the whole road trip without a single complaint. “I was going on my honeymoon, and the rental I already paid for last minute was cancelled by a no good, poorly run company (rhymes with Pudget.) Luckily, Enterprise had my back. “Do not use this company for your rental needs. This is advice for personal customers as well as insurance companies. They provide cars with damage then try to make fraudulent claims against customers and insurance companies. If you do have to rent with them take lots of photos and make them provide you with extensive documentation and photos with timestamps of all current damage before you take any vehicle or sign anything. Do not use their pick up & drop off rental service either. Only pick up and drop off at the Enterprise location. Best of luck!”
