I had the digital stamp ready and he didn’t have to do anything - only print it - stick it - place it in the box to leave with DHL. Nothing else. Nothing. If you can’t speak English but you want to offer a service that caters to international customers as well maybe that is not ideal customer service overall.”

“I went to send a parcel and as soon as I arrived I was treated badly. Then they charged me a rate 5€ more expensive than what I needed. I asked him if he was sure of what he was doing by showing him on my phone what I really wanted and without even looking at the phone he told me it was the prices and that it was cheaper on the internet. After leaving the shop I realised that I had been cheated and when I returned 5 minutes later to speak to him he told me that he was the boss and that the package had already been sent and that he would not return my money or my package. If you don't speak German, they won't make any effort to understand you - they will only humiliate you by madly screaming at you in German as if that would do any better. Avoid this place at all costs. Update replying to their answer: There are plenty of reviews in German here talking about the same issues. It has nothing to do with the language. It's about the absolute lack of kindness and respect for your clients. Anyway, thanks for exposing yourself and proving my point with your answer, again, ”
