“Origins is willing to take your money but become unresponsive when you have issues with your order delivery and need assistance. They tell you to contact the carrier and then ghost you. I asked twice about the shipping insurance so I can file a claim with the carrier and they still continue to ignore. Pray that nothing like this happens to you because they won’t lift a finger to help.”

Let me make one thing clear: if someone shows up first after the store closes and even camps out overnight, they’re first in line only if they stay there the entire time. I arrived at 8:40 AM and was the ONLY person in front of the store. No one else was there. Then, an hour later, someone else showed up—without saying a single word about already being in line—and somehow, they’re considered first?! This is complete nonsense.
