What visitors are saying

“Flight was extremely delayed, and most of the food options in the airport couldn’t take credit cards because of technical difficulties. Pages & Pages did not have that problem, and had snacks and everything I needed to relax during my 10 hour delay.”

“The permanent price that was posted in front of the item was $2.99. When I looked at my receipt, I saw that she charged me $7.99. When I showed her (fully expecting to get a price change and refunded the difference) somehow I got yelled at that I needed to scan the item first, then pay the newly non-posted price. It was like a mystery price game. She was incredibly rude and wouldn’t give me the accurate price. But I did get a refund. Don’t bother!!!”

“This was a cute store with a ton of souvenirs, they don't offer the best prices but it's pretty reasonable. I say this because from a tourist perspective its about the same price at all the shops in Waikiki, International Marketplace, ABC store and even Ala moana brah. A friend of ours asked for a U.H shirt and because it wasn't football season none of the stores had them but goodness, I found it at the airport! Do yourself a favor and grab a spam musubi or sando and chips at 7eleven before arriving at the airport and if you need suggestions on places to go for souvenirs that are reasonably pr”

“Don’t go here. I received extraordinary stale chips making them inedible and i went back to ask for an exchange for something in equal or lesser value not a refund. The nan at the counter was very rude and did not even attempt to accommodate because” the bag was opened”. This is redundant because how could so know they were stale had i not tried one. I’m traveling for work and I’m on limited funds and this really hindered my day. Don’t shop here , rude workers, old snacks, not worth the price, skip pages and pages”

“Wow, this was such a scam. I purchased a very small hello kitty pouch because I saw it was around 1,800 円 (in dollars, this would be just about $12). There were no other tags on or around the product stating the price in USD. I went up to go and pay and I was charged $27. There was no sign of the price anywhere and I was upcharged by quite a lot. I was sadly unable to go back because I had a flight to catch, but from other reviews I have read, others have had a hard time with returns. It is quite upsetting to see such an immense upcharge, especially when I know how much the price tag is. I wou”

“This store was great! I needed some first aid items before my flight and the staff was super friendly, showed me exactly where to go for what I needed and checkout was quick and smooth. Exactly the place and people I needed before a 5 hour flight.”

— Melanie Leszcynski · ★★★★★

“$15 for a 4 ft aux cable is criminal. Outrageous price gouging.”

— Gino V · ★☆☆☆☆

“Their products are good and price reasonable they open 7 am. We got some souvenirs and medicines. They got sorted with different medicines and food options to take out”

— Melissa Caballero · ★★★★★

“I wanted to return neck pillows within an hour of the purchase (Of course they weren’t used at all.), and one attendant said that “There is a 20 min return policy. Over 20 minutes, you cannot return anything.” while another attendant next to her was questioning if there is such a thing.”

— Mikiko “mkk” Katsuno · ★☆☆☆☆

“Super customer service on this trip. Loaded up on drinks and snacks for the flight.”
