“Performance: These folks can not deliver an HOA paper on time. Our community has dealt with papers being delivered sometimes up to a week late, with events being announced after the fact. This happens month over month and year over year. Customer Service: I've enjoyed multiple conversations with this owner. They are rude, place blame, have told me I don't pay for it so shouldn't matter to me and in general have talked down to me and the others in my neighborhood who have expressed discontent. This company deserves to be unseated at your next HOA vote. Not recommended.”
