“Study for two nights and had a great time. Pool area was nice and the walk to the beach and the area was very eventful. Walking distance to restaurants and some shops around there, but be careful for the ice cream shop. They are overpriced!! Staff was completely friendly and very helpful! The room I stood was OK not spectacular but I know they are updating the rooms. Room comes with a small two burner stove and sink sofa. Bed was comfortable and actual bed was very comfortable. Porch was very inviting just to chill out there at night. Definitely will come back.”

“Unfortunately our stay at Palm Beach Shores Resort was one of the worst hotels my family has ever experienced. The location is great and the staff were all nice from the valet/bell hops holding the door, the front desk, cleaning staff and The Islander restaurant staff. The managers were the largest issue. We noticed wear and tear around our room. The microwave is really old, the handle felt like it may break off when you open it, and it was not working well. The last morning we tried to use the toaster and it started sparking and bagel caught fire. I quickly blew it out, hit cancel and unp”

“Went on a family trip with a large group. Rooms were clean, but overall dated. The beach required you to purchase seats to sit and view the ocean. Restaurant in hotel was good, but not great. Entertainment there was great! My kids enjoyed the craft sessions. Manager on duty was not pleasant with multiple people from our party on three separate occasions.”

“This review is specifically for Alberto and his workmate. My parents had some issues with their room (dishwasher not working and old mattress with a lot of broken springs that was very uncomfortable). Alberto and his teammate from engineering took care of everything for my parents right away. They’re getting older and have been vacationing at Palm Beach Shores for many years now, so comfort is very important for them and their health (and for me as their worrying daughter). I’m glad Alberto and his team are there and were able to take care of them. Thank you!! 🩵🏝️”

“The best thing about this place is the location on the Atlantic Ocean. Other than that, not so much. We booked with RCI points so maybe that is the reason? Our room was considered partial ocean view but that was not quite accurate. We looked out over a gross, unkept, overgrown sandy area that was a volleyball area. And since we were on the third floor there were a lot of bugs or mosquitoes from that volleyball sand. Ok, once we got past that…the walls were so thin we could hear everything the people in the next room were saying, and when they flushed their toilet. There was an interior door be”

“This place was great! Beautiful location! Very friendly and fun atmosphere! Restaurant had good pricing and was very tasty. The fried grouper sandwich is the best!! Everything thing was clean and tidy! Rooms need a little updating but it didn't hurt our vacation.”

“Very clean resort, excellent location. Great restaurant with nightly entertainment. Large heated pool, hot tub, and tiki bar with great happy hour specials daily. The staff goes out of their way to make you enjoy your stay.”

“NO HEAT. We are traveling during some unseasonably cold weather, but it was not communicated with us that this entire building is not equipped with heat. We are staying with an 11 month old baby and this is day four of our unit barely being above 60 degrees. The only “solution” the maintenance guy suggested was plugging in a space heater. We drove around for hours looking for one and every place we checked the was sold out. So, it is too cold to be outside and too cold to even stay in our room! This has been a disappointing experience and I would absolutely not recommend this resort to anyone ”

“I’ve been coming to Palm Beach Shores Resort’s Islander Grill & Tiki Bar for about three years. I stay on Singer Island frequently, and although I don’t stay overnight here, I always valet my car, dine, buy drinks, tip well, and have always been welcomed by staff. This visit was the first time I was informed that outside guests are no longer allowed to use towels, pool chairs, or enjoy the pool area — even if they are paying customers spending the equivalent of what a day pass would cost. I even offered to buy a towel or pay a day-use fee, but was told no. I fully respect hotel policies, but”

“Beautiful quiet resort. Right on the beach. Nice hot tub. Smaller but adequate pool. Room was on fifth floor with a balcony. Clean room and the staff was helpful every day!”
