“We made appointment for the passport. The clerk was nice but not patient enough to take good photos of my kids. Strongly recommend taking photos with phone app at home. Later, my husband mentioned about his current passport does not have enough pages, because he travels a lot. Then, the clerk changed the selection of the passport to bigger size for the kids, even though I said the standard size is ok for the kids. I really do not like to carry three thick passport books when we travel. So be firm on what you want.”
