“I flew Hawaiian Airlines (HA) from SJC to HNL for the weekend. Surprisingly and unknowingly, HA airport location & gate are very close to Lot 5 where I parked (accidentally), 30 steps away from Terminal B and Baggage Claim. TSA checkpoint location is also near HA location at SJC . For three days, I only paid $93 total on my parking fee. I will, from now on, fly ONLY HA from SJC whenever I go to any islands in Hawaii. All of my trip/flight activities with Hawaiian Airlines at SJC were done under 30 minutes (departure & arrival), and all within walking distance. I lived and grew up ”

There is only one rental car location, and in order to access it you have to walk to another terminal or take a shuttle (which they don't advertise or make known). “The Payless car rental check in lady with the beret was nice. The security people were friendly and nice. Keep your laptop in your bag and yours shoes on! Isn’t it great? One of them said to me.
