“My Army Times is a well done publication. The articles online are relevant, interesting and well written even though there might only be one, two or several or NO articles. BUT, customer service is absolutely terrible!! The email box is frequently "full" and not receiving email. Goodness forbid trying to call and get a person The couple of times reaching someone was not the best experience. I switched to international mail and have receivef nothing.
