“be careful when you shop here.. I went into the store thinking it would be an easy visit. as I was paying, I noticed the screen said “bag bax“ $0.75. now mind you plastic bags are banned in NJ. right away I told them I didn’t ask for a bag. they said, “oh no that’s a credit card fee.” yeah but the screen says “bag”. I know how to read. so DISCREETLY, they’re charging for bags and calling it a “credit card fee”. I was so heated, I said forget it, told them I’ll spend my money elsewhere, and I left. this couple had POOR customer service.”

“The shop had a great variety of items. I was happy to see such a great selection of everything I needed. As for the owner, he was not to helpful. He acted like we were interrupting him from working in the store to help us with what we were interested in. Customer service is important if you want people to return. Maybe greet people when they enter, and ask if they need help with anything.”

“A lot of variety, but extremely unprofessional. I went in to buy a vape and after testing in the store it spit nicotine all over my mouth and proceeded to not charge or turn on. He says it’s on the company of the vape and will do no returns or anything. Proceeded to complain about prices and losing money when multiple devices don’t work. Knowing that some devices don’t work and still selling is even worse. Wouldn’t bother wasting your time here. They are only nice when your completing a purchase and even then it’s 50/50.”
