What visitors are saying

“Six months ago, we exchanged a malfunctioning cable box. Three weeks ago, my husband added me to his account so I could easily exchange the box we received six months ago as it is malfunctioning. When I went to the store 3 weeks ago, the process went smoothly, and Gloria, who assisted me, was helpful. She didn’t even ask me for my ID on that visit. However, today, when I returned due to another cable box issue, Gloria claimed I wasn't on the account. I reminded her that I had exchanged a box just three weeks prior and that she was the one who helped me. Unfortunately, she responded with a rud”

“I stopped in there a bit late on a Friday night needing two iPhones and usually any employee at that time would’ve been getting ready to close but lucky for me I had Skye Blair closing that night and he took his time to help me get my phones and port a number. I’m very appreciative of his good customer service because I really needed those phones and even with eventually having to lock the doors he did not show any signs of frustrations. He’s great always ask for Skye Blair at this store when you meet him you’ll love him!”

“I went to the North high Street location, Skye Blair was so awesome he was the only one working his whole entire staff had left him at 6 pm and the store closed at 8pm he had to handle all these people the wait was kind of long due to it only being him there but he was very polite took his time with each customer and made sure that their issue was. When it was my turn he went above and beyond to help me and my problem was fixed thank you so much Skye Blair he deserves a raise!!!!”

“Absolutely terrible I hate this location with a passion I will never be back. Workers aren’t focused Not to many people in here I came at 3:30 left at 6:00pm”

“I had already been waiting for about thirty minutes while employees stood around talking instead of helping the next person. I even counted, it took roughly seven minutes every time for them to move from one customer to another. The person before me had already left, so it was obviously my turn. To save time, I simply placed my items on the counter while waiting, because I knew my name would be called next anyway. That’s when the employee at the counter (Skye B.) decided to make a scene, talking to me as if I had broken some rule, insisting I couldn’t be there yet. It wasn’t about procedure or”

“Horrible customer service! Never will I visit this store again. If you don’t like your job, find another job. Customer service is not for everyone, but unfortunately we the public have to suffer from your lack of self awareness.”

“No Apple watches in stock, bc they shipped them back. They lied to me and told me the Whitehall Spectrum location had it, but I went over and they didn’t have it. I refuse to order online due to ongoing mail theft :/ Will not be coming back to this location or Whitehall for making me waste my gas and time :/ I’m very upset”

“Manager was yelling at employee in store, meanwhile nobody helped until that employee as free. Also the manager just wasnt right on what he was yelling about, he then started micro managing other employees while they were checking out customer. His name waa Kahn”

“I went to Spectrum at the beginning of April of this year to get a cable package that included the Guardians games. Honestly it was the only reason. I asked the representative 3 times if he was sure the package i was buying had the Guardians games. The second time I asked he went to the back to check, I assured me the package I was buying had them. I asked again, he said yes. I get home, set everything up, guess what. No Guardians games. I canceled within the week and they still charged me. Staff is not knowledgeable and you have to jump through hoops to cancel your subscription.”

“Who’d have thought that returning your modem and router would take close to an hour. With only 2 people working, one of whom didn’t get clocked in until 30 minutes after they opened… at this point Spectrum should just rename their department to customer disservice since thy certainly aren’t trying to make things easier on their customers. Why should returning equipment be any harder than looking up my account, scanning my equipment, and giving me a receipt. (For the record, I do not blame the workers, they are in a shitty situation because Spectrum is too cheap to fully staff the store)”
