“Let me start by saying Jimmy is amazing. The store itself is great, well priced, clean and a large variety. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is bc other staff members. A few have okay customer service skills but one imparticular has zero. Avoid this place if an older woman, very short black hair, glasses and a very bad attitude. Here's the situation; I went in to purchase 2 packs of Sonoma Menthol 100's which comes to $16.94, their square machine charges $0.20 for using it, bringing my total to $17.14. I only had $14.80 on my card but I always come prepared so I brought exactly $2.34 in cash w”

“I'm a simple person. All I really ever want is just some kind, polite service. The man inside, (had a high and tight type haircut) Was positive and bright sounding. It's the little things we all miss lately in this day and age, no matter how old you are. Thanks for being nice today. Sometimes ONE person being nice to another can help that person get through the day. Help bring kindness and understanding back to American society! Oh, and of course, GO ARMY.”

“I've been going to stovers since I was a kid and the are usually always nice. Today the skinny old guy with glasses that works the register in the morning referred to me as the thing and called me a slinky after my card was declined like I was less then and didn't have any money. I had my transactions blocked from going through and forgot to turn them back on. No one should ever be treated this way. Period.”
