“Let me start by saying Jimmy is amazing. The store itself is great, well priced, clean and a large variety. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is bc other staff members. A few have okay customer service skills but one imparticular has zero. Avoid this place if an older woman, very short black hair, glasses and a very bad attitude. Here's the situation; I went in to purchase 2 packs of Sonoma Menthol 100's which comes to $16.94, their square machine charges $0.20 for using it, bringing my total to $17.14. I only had $14.80 on my card but I always come prepared so I brought exactly $2.34 in cash w”

Today the skinny old guy with glasses that works the register in the morning referred to me as the thing and called me a slinky after my card was declined like I was less then and didn't have any money. I had my transactions blocked from going through and forgot to turn them back on. No one should ever be treated this way. Period.”
