“Going to this store is the worst the two women are super rude, today I bought a wig and they didn't tell me about their deceptive policies I bought the wig thinking it was the same one I had seen at first and I thought they were going to give me a refund or at least buy something else because she didn't and she said she doesn't make returns and I told her that I didn't like it that it wasn't the same one I wanted and she was so rude that she left me there in the box thrown away and left! So if you have the opportunity to go to this store, miss it and buy better on Amazon TikTok or virtual stor”

“My sisters took me to Tmart to look at wigs. I asked if we were allowed to try them on, and she said rudely you have to buy wig cap. I said okay where are they? After I got the cap on I asked to try on a few of the wigs. One lady helped me but then another lady came out from behind the counter and yelled at me for "combing" the hair with my fingers, and trying on more than 3 wigs. They never told me and I didnt see signs. Unfortunately, I found a wig I liked but due to their poor customer service I opted to leave without purchasing anything.”

The layout of the store is good.However, sometimes no staff is readily available to assist in finding things. The aisles are not named nor numbered. The prices are reasonable and extensions are of good quality.”

“SCAM ARTISTS! As displayed they will put the price on a price of paper so I bought about $30 of stuff but when I checked out it was $50 I’m thinking maybe I just didn’t look at the price right. But no I bought 3 packs of hair and was charged for 5 and then a bundle that costs $6 she charged $23 for ONE BUNDLE OF HAIR. This store has all the options that you need as a hair artist but I’d rather go to Amazon or Sally’s and not waste my time or money.
