“11/7/3025, 3am.... I went to buy some chips because I was stuck overnight in the airport and the lady with the bad red curly wig has the NASTIEST attitude I have ever encountered!!! I dont know if there's a video with audio but I assure you that I will NEVER go back when shes there!! I travel through this terminal several times a week and I am completely lost for words! ““Manager” (that’s what it said on her name tag) exhibited no concern for my situation and poor leadership with her employees. I was very stressed and late for my flight. I went to one register to make a purchase, I was asked to go around to the other side. No problem. I then went to the register I paid at previously to make a second purchase. “I love this Texas Monthly News store located in the Terminal A by A-17-24 entrance. It’s right next to Starbucks. I had a fantastic experience shopping here. Friendly and helpful staff with incredible smiles. Keurig Coffee is self serve, only 1.99. They offer military discount 20% off. They got lots of souvenirs themed around Texas, Houston and Space City. I’ve heard this store is a 24 hours operation. I would fly Bush International Airport again because of me love with this establishment.”
