“For Truck Drivers: Slow unloading. Only 1 dock. First Come First Out. Overnight parking available for few trucks. Usually start unloading around 8:30 am.”

“This place is a total scam. They are spamming people (non-subscribers). There is no unsubscribe button on emails. You have to call to unsub and then listen to their spiel over and over. I signed up to Florida Times-Union and instantly started receiving unsolicited email from Charlotte, going on six months now. Am not a subscriber so I can't log in and unsubscribe! 10 minutes on hold and waiting. Non-stop talking by them while on hold to force you to hang up. "Thank you for being a valued subscriber."”

“New subscription & only signed up for Sunday in print form. Never received a Sunday paper for weeks on end. Filed a complaint every week for over a month. Never to this day got a single delivery. Not once. Canceled and filed for refund and every time I call them I get out on hold on dead silence for 10 minutes. Never got responses from emails sent or online forms submitted. And pretty sure they sell your information.. after I signed up, thankfully providing them a free number provided to no one, I started getting calls and texts galore from spam callers at a number NO ONE, not even spammers, h”

“I signed up at the beginning of March and haven’t received a paper. I even signed up for additional Sunday papers after attending a free coupon class they offered. I called or emailed every week for three months. First they said they would email the delivery company, then the delivery company’s manager, and last week they called the manager of deliveries at the Charlotte Observer who assured a paper at my door the next day. My patience broke when they charged me a renewal fee! Each time I called they said they would push back my start date, which they obviously failed to do. The customer serv”

“I ordered the paper on 2/17/21. They charged me the same day. My subscription was to start 2/28/21 (Sunday only). I have not received the paper as of yet, not one. Every Sunday I report it to the automated system and I hear how my case will be escalated to a manager. Every Monday, I call to speak to a live person and I'm told the same thing every week, "it will come next week". They do a great job at taking your money, not so great at actually delivering the newspaper. It's so frustrating. Their customer service is the worst and nobody seems to care.”

“They are not truthful! They are unhelpful! And I am dispusting a charge for a subscription I never signed up for ! Trying to be nice and at a Harris Teeter location tried a 8 week trial at a discounted price. 8 weeks only( I still have the sheet) I have Never received one paper delivery since May!”

“Called to cancel my subscription 2 weeks ago. Caller tried to get me to not cancel but I was very adamant that I wanted to cancel because I never ended up reading the newspaper. She said okay and then basically just hung up on me. Get a call the next day asking why I am cancelling and trying to get me not to. Again I am adamant I want to cancel. Next day after that I get a call from one number twice that I don't answer. Google number and website says it's Charlotte Observer. NEXT DAY another call from them that I do answer and I am sorry to say but I let her have it PLEASE CANCEL AND PLEASE ST”

“Horrible, don't sign up under any circumstances. Just wanted the Sunday paper. Called to have it canceled and was given every excuse under the sun as to why I shouldn't and why I haven't been getting the paper. I had to firmly say no multiple times to finally get what I want! Talked to Jen and requested an email confirmation that I've canceled the paper. We'll see if I even get that. I wouldn't recommend this paper to ANYONE!”

“Have not received a Sunday paper in 4 weeks. I have called both Charlotte observer and Cracker Jack agency multiple times. I wanted to cancel, but customer service just keeps crediting my account. Such a shame that no one in Charlotte will talk to you.”

“Absolute worst customer service I have ever received.... EVER. I've had a Sunday-only subscription since May 2014... In January 2015, I signed up for a 2nd Sunday-only subscription for an annual subscription (paying for the whole year right up front vs monthly like my other account).... It took them (or my driver) 2 months to figure out that I needed 2 papers every Sunday. Each Sunday when I didn't receive my 2nd paper, I would call their out-sourced customer service line to report that I had not received the paper. Each time I called, I was assured that the next Sunday it would be fixed and t”
