What visitors are saying

“It's been nine months since my daughter passed away, they told me I'd hear something back within six. I called this morning to find out something, anything. They ruled my daughter's death as SIDS. Which I still believe is a setup. Somebody took my baby's life. They tell me they don't call family to inform them.. of anything.&&&&& if YOU WANT THE RESULTS TO THE FINDINDS OF YOUR DECEASED LOVED ONE; YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!!!!!!!! They don't just send you the paperwork they ALREADY have, lmao. You have to pay them for it.”

“I recently visited the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore City to obtain a toxicology report. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Linda at the reception desk, who displayed genuine empathy regarding my situation. Recognizing the complexity of my request, she promptly sought assistance from her colleague, Jessika. Jessika arrived and handled the matter with exceptional professionalism. She not only facilitated the immediate faxing of the toxicology report to the life insurance company but also demonstrated a profound understanding of the challenges I faced following the loss”

“When I called to know the results of the autopsy of my father, and later I asked how long it will be for me to get the results, the person was rude and had an attitude. In my opinion, they should be more understanding and respectful to the people recently lost someone and some that this is their first time doing this as well.”

“It was a terrible shock when my daughter Siobhan was found dead in an alley in Baltimore January 11, 2018. If it had not been for Mo, we would never have found out! She was so kind, so compassionate & relentless in trying to find us. God Bless you Mo. Much Love, Siobhan's Mum Sheila & Stepdad Anwar”

“Receptionist when requesting information about an autopsy report was rude when she answered the phone, acted as if I was hindering her with my inquiry. Not sure if this is an internal or individual problem however the attitude should be checked at the door.”

“THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE & WHEN GIVEN THE OPTION TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL THEY SAY THE MAILBOX IS FULL ! I would give them 0 stars if I could, they told me when to call the office & when I do they don’t pick up the phone ? Don’t tell me to call then!”
