“Nicole Gon at the Walmart Vision Center was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with my dad while he picked out his frames. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure he felt comfortable and confident in his choice. His experience with her was truly exceptional. Walmart is very lucky to have her on their team, and I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone needing assistance in the vision department.”

“Great place to shop but chicken in the meat market smelled rotten. Deli employees are rude as well. Ain't ever had a problem with anything or anybody till today. Went for macaroni that looked like it had been sitting there and asked if they had fresh Mac. Apparently it was to much to ask for. Employee was just giving attitude with me and my family right there..”

“This is regarding the auto not care center. Arrived at 1:40 pm and left at 4:18pm with no service. I was informed approximately around 2:40 PM that I was next in line and and 38 minutes later, I'm told that I was behind three other vehicles. They have a sign that walkins are welcomed. Three hours later they tell me, as vehicles are completed appointments were coming in. Which will set you back in cue. The store leader Jaylan tells me nonchalantly, he can't help it and that he'll be happy to cancel my service.”

“Whoever was working at the customer service counter (Heavy set, dirty blonde with glasses) on 1/15/2026 in the late afternoon had terrible service. 1. I guess I interrupted their conversation so they had to work, still not an excuse. 2. Whoever was taking care of me was on her phone the whole time not speaking up loud enough for me to hear her. And 3. The Hispanic lady she was talking to before I came was standing behind her giving me dirty looks. I tried to get both of their names but they had their name tags turned around purposefully. Never have I ever had to pop an attitude with anyone in”

“I bought new glasses today at the Portland TX. Walmart Vision center and worked with Lupita Alv. She was amazing, fun knowledgeable and so helpful with all my questions and needs. Great customer service and offered great promotional savings.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The store had a good selection of everything I was looking for.. The diesel price was the lowest in the area. The parking lot could use a little attention. There was a lot of trash in the lot. Looks like a lot of people just clean out their car's in the parking lot and drive away.. The van life culture has definitely turned walmart parking lots into a dump.. They just need to outlaw them at this point.”

“I popped into the Vision Center at Walmart thinking I could quickly do what I wanted to do. Well turned out it wasn't easy, or quick, or doable [I wanted my new prescription lens put in an old and unique frame]. However, I still needed glasses for my new prescription. Luckily I had the most patient and helpful Optician, Nicole, who helped me at every point in the process. She listened to my preferences and helped me with frame selections; priced out every possible option for my insurance benefits, etc., she was GREAT in every way! It often seems that customer service is non-existent, until”

“The company I work for gets together with nearby ISDs to help ease the financial crunch for some local kids by buying some schools clothes and supplies. Noelle let us set up tables for snacks and drinks for the kiddos. She also dedicated a checkout lane just for us. So happy for the help of everyone! Thank you!”
