“1st things 1st! That place has roaches!!!!! I pointed it out twice to the associate and he just kept casually flicking it on the floor!!!!!!!!!! “I helped my grandpa out he had a phone that was all smashed up and I had a old phone that wasn't really old it was a Motorola G stylus 5g and he tried to call spectrum and get it switched and they told him that he can't do that and he told me so I had him take me to the main office and they said all he had to do was switch the sim card to the G stylus and I told them that on the phone with customer service they said that he can't just do that and I was right there and they even told me that that's not how it works”
