“It was the first time that I had been in the Times-Picayune. However, I was there as Team Lead volunteer for the New Orleans Film Festival. It was a pleasure to be there and be a host. I enjoyed the the observations of the building, the main floor corridor murals, the old machinery in the lobby, the spiral staircase, and the scenery of the working area of the newspaper staff. It was very interesting and brought back many memories for me. I enjoyed talking to BJ about his position/history at the Times Picayune.”
