“There was a problem with our purchase, skull candy earbuds jibs 2, and when you are catching a flight they don’t state you only have a day to return… why would you buy a $50 item that doesn’t work and not get your money back when you have a receipt. They said and I quote…. We don’t normally do this but we are letting you slide. After we begged which no customer should do when spending money at an establishment and returning with a receipt. She called her manager and he okayed otherwise she would not have exchanged. We didn’t even want our money back, just a product that worked. Poor Customer s”
