“There is a good mix of shot machines including some of the newer machines you'd find in Atlantic City. Friday and Saturday nights are very crowded and the soda machines are not serviced as needed. Usually they run out of ice and there are only a few hostesses, so it's not always easy getting drinks. The food court is generally full on weekend evenings and it takes a while to get through the lines for average food. The Chinese restaurant is top notch. Once you're seated, they provide exceptional service and the food is good. The steak house is also very good and I consider the prices in line”

“Trying to get information from them over the phone is literal phone tag. Cage Manager doesn't pick up the phone after being transfered. Before being transfered I get transfered from the one host then to the table manager or whatever its called then finally to the cage managers phone. Just to have to leave a message. With ZERO call back. I left two messages. All I had was one simple question. One person was helpful in giving a more probable answer but Cage Manager had to confirm it to be sure.”

“Hands down the worst casino experience I've ever had in my life. I've been to casinos all over the United States and this one takes the cake for poor service, experience, and overall enjoyment / entertainment. They just make up their own rules for any way to cheat you. They swap table hands over and over and don't pay attention to the customers. The staff talk among themselves more than paying attention to the games and make up rules on the spot to prevent you from getting ahead. “1/18/26 visit Service rating: The steakhouse, casino cage and hotel front desk all had great service. The drink service for players was a bit slow but they were friendly! The hotel is older so the rooms are a little outdated but it was an easy check in process and we had all the amenities we needed. They have a shuttle to and from hotel to casino since they’re not in walking distance to each other. Overall, we’d visit again.”

“We didn't stay at their hotel because there are cheaper ones in the area. They have added a lot of new slot games but the floor isn't crowded. I sure wish they would open the buffet back up. “Came for the first time today and had a great time. Ms. Debbie (short blonde hair), who was serving drinks on the floor was awesome. I was on the slots and ordered a drink from her and when I tried to pay, she explained to me how a player card works and where to go to sign up. I dont go to casinos often and she didnt treat me like a moron for not understanding how certain casino amenities work. She was super nice. We had a great time and will visit again.”
