LIV Golf players are positioning themselves for a strong finish at the Singapore Open as they enter the weekend rounds, with several contending near the top of the leaderboard after two rounds of play at Sentosa Golf Club’s Serapong Course.
According to updated standings from the second round, Caleb Surratt of Legion XIII is tied for sixth at 4-under par five shots behind leader Jeongwoo Ham of Korea. Surratt followed up his opening-round 68 with a 2-under 69 on Friday, maintaining his place among the leading LIV Golf representatives in the field.

The 57th staging of the Singapore Open, part of the Asian Tour’s International Series, features a $2 million purse and offers the top two non-exempt players a path into The Open Championship later this year. The tournament has drawn a strong international field, including multiple past winners and major contenders.
Jeongwoo Ham carded a 3-under 68 in the second round to reach 10-under overall and take a two-shot lead over Thailand’s Jazz Janewattananond, who shot 66 to move into sole second place. Ham, a professional since 2018, said he played patiently on Friday after a less productive putting day, noting that he made key putts at critical moments.
Gaganjeet Bhullar of India and Japan’s Tomohiro Ishizaka share third place at 8-under each shooting 68 in the second round. Bhullar, an 11-time Asian Tour winner, is among 11 Indian players competing in the event, several of whom have recent form on the Indian Golf Premier League Tour.
The Singapore Open was last held at Sentosa Golf Club in 2022, when Thailand’s Sadom Kaewkanjana defeated Tom Kim of Korea. This year’s edition has featured notably hot and humid conditions, described by organizers as sauna-like, testing players’ endurance and focus throughout the early rounds.
As the field prepares for the weekend rounds, LIV Golf players aim to capitalize on their strong starts and challenge for top positions in a tournament that carries significant implications for major championship qualification.
