A ⁤Message from Assistant‌ Professor Matsuhashi

I ‍would like to express my sincere⁤ gratitude for the opportunity to participate in ⁢the Hokuriku Preliminary Round in Ishikawa Prefecture,⁢ despite the challenges posed by the Noto⁢ Peninsula earthquake ‌on January 1st. Although we faced setbacks, including two losses ⁢on the first day, we‌ were proud to represent Ishikawa‍ Prefecture and finished in second place. This year‍ marks my eighth selection, but I have yet to qualify for the finals. I am determined to⁤ make it to the finals‍ next year⁤ and appreciate your continued support.

Upcoming Women’s Basketball ⁤League Match

The women’s basketball team will begin‍ their league match ⁢on Saturday, September 14th, ⁣and will compete for about a month. Despite‍ facing challenges with a smaller team and physical stature compared to⁣ other teams, we have been focusing on defense and⁣ creating a good flow in our basketball style. This season, we held a training camp in the summer for the first time, and our unique style of basketball is starting to take ⁣shape. We aim to finish the league higher than last year’s ranking, with ‍the goal of promoting to the ‌second division league. ‍We invite you to come and cheer on the players as they ‍fight hard to ‍achieve their goals.
