Lola young is prioritizing rest adn recovery after collapsing onstage during a performance in New York city.
On Sunday, September 28th, the 24-year-old South London singer announced the cancellation of her scheduled performance at the All Things Go music festival in Washington, D.C., which was to be held later that evening at the Merriweather Post Pavilion.
This proclamation followed an incident on Saturday, september 27th, when Young collapsed mid-song during her set at All Things Go at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York.
“I’m sorry to confirm that I won’t be playing all things go in DC today,” Young wrote on Instagram. “I love this job and I never take my commitments and audience for granted so I’m sorry to those who will be disappointed by this.”
She continued, “I hope you’ll all give me another chance in the future.Thank you to all those who listen and care. To all the people that love to be mean online, pls give me a day off.”
