London Car Seizure: Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley Confiscated
British police have confiscated luxury cars worth over 6 million pounds ($ 8.1 million) during an action to combat anti -social acts and hooliganism when driving, PI Media and DPA reported.
72 luxury cars, including Ferrari, Lamborghini and Bentley, were seized within a three -day operation in the West End London district. Drivers have been fined for various violations of traffic rules, including driving without insurance, without a driver’s license, deprivation of qualification, counterfeit documents and the use of counterfeit registration numbers.
The operation began after complaints from residents, companies and visitors for expensive cars that violate the tranquility in and around Hyde Park, Kensington and Chelsea.
Several stolen cars have been found, with 10 others found that they have no valid maintenance and 11 are without a road tax.
Eight people have been arrested for crimes including bodily harm, criminal disability, drug -related crimes, theft and immigration violations.
