According to Velo, the 19-year-old Italian Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe rider joining Tadej Pogačar on the elite list of winners for the event often called the Baby Tour de France.

Immediate Transition to Pro Ranks and Upcoming Races
Finn is under contract with the Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe WorldTour team through 2028. According to IDLProCycling.com, he is making an immediate transition to the professional ranks following his under-23 world championship, Giro Next Gen, and Tour de l’Avenir victories.
Leading up to the end of the season, Finn is scheduled to compete in several Italian preparatory races.
