Go Woo-rim, the husband of former figure skater Kim Yuna, made a surprise visit to the concert site of his group Forestella while serving in the military.

On the 3rd, Forestella posted photos and videos of the concert scene on their official SNS, revealing Go Woo-rim’s visit to the backstage area. Go Woo-rim waited for Forestella members Kang Hyeong-ho, Bae Doo-hoon, and Jo Min-gyu to come down after finishing the stage, and they welcomed him with cheers and a group hug.

Forestella members then blew out the candles on a cake prepared in the waiting room to commemorate the successful completion of the concert. Go Woo-rim was also present at this event, showcasing the unwavering friendship of the group.

Forestella, formed through the JTBC entertainment program ‘Phantom Singer’, is a male quartet crossover group consisting of Kang Hyung-hoon, Bae Doo-hoon, Jo Min-gyu, and Go Woo-rim. Go Woo-rim, who enlisted in the army as an active-duty soldier on November 20 last year, has been greatly loved as the youngest member of the team and in charge of the bass part.

Go Woo-rim is also the husband of Kim Yu-na, who received national love as the ‘figure queen’. The two, who met in 2018 when Forestella performed on a celebratory stage at the All That Skate ice show in which Yuna Kim appeared, got married in October 2022 after three years of dating.

After one year of marriage, Go Woo-rim enlisted in the army as an active-duty soldier. He is currently serving as a military band member and is scheduled to complete his national defense duties on May 19, 2025.

Go Woo-rim’s visit to Forestella’s concert has attracted attention, and he seems to be expressing his intention to join and make a comeback after being discharged from the military.
