LPL Financial is partnering with First Horizon Bank in a strategic alliance aimed at⁤ strengthening wealth management services. First horizon Advisors,⁤ comprised of about 110 financial ‍advisors managing⁢ roughly $16 billion in ⁤client ⁤assets across 12 states, will move its broker-dealer and investment advisory operations to LPL’s Institution Services ⁢platform.

The transition, pending regulatory approval, ⁣is anticipated to conclude in the second half⁤ of 2025. This move is designed to broaden ⁣First Horizon’s service offerings, allowing ‍them to focus on growth and improving client ‍experiences. ⁢Financial⁣ advisors will maintain their client ⁤relationships⁤ while leveraging LPL’s platform for ⁣investment‍ strategies.
