Madagascar vs Tunisia… 2-2 draw in thrilling first half of African Nations Qualifier

Madagascar and Tunisia faced off in a qualifying match for the African Cup of Nations at Loftus Versfeld Stadium. The match ended in a 2-2 draw after an exciting first half.

Tunisia scored two goals. Hamza Rafia found the net in the 6th minute, and Saif Allah Latif added the second goal in the 39th minute. Madagascar responded with two goals of their own. The first was an own goal by Tunisia’s Aman Allah Mamish in the 20th minute. Amada scored the second goal for Madagascar in the third minute of stoppage time.

After the match, Tunisia topped the group with 7 points. Comoros held the second spot with 6 points, followed by Gambia with 5 points. Madagascar remained at the bottom of the group with 2 points.
