PopSocket has released a new line of PopCase Kindle cases featuring a built-in MagSafe ring, eliminating the need for DIY modifications to attach PopSocket grips. The cases are designed for optimal hand placement and weight distribution when used with MagSafe-compatible PopGrips.
Previously, Kindle users have relied on adhesive PopSockets or manually added MagSafe rings to thier devices to improve grip and prevent drops, notably while reading in bed. The PopCase offers a streamlined solution for those wanting to easily swap between different PopGrip designs and accessories.
Pricing and Design Options
The PopCase Kindle cases are priced at $40 and are currently available for 11th and 12th-generation Kindles. Six designs are offered, including a clear case for customization with stickers and two illustrated designs inspired by the popular “BookTok” community on social media.
Matching PopGrips, themed around books, are also available for $30. Though, the PopCase is compatible with PopSocket’s entire existing lineup of MagSafe grips, such as the Kick-Out Grip and Stand, for hands-free reading.
