“Well, I can’t really tell my brother and my ⁣dad no if they’re asking me to go to the gym with them,” recalls Hughes, so he ⁣agreed. He joined his father and brother at his parents’ home gym two days after he received the invitation, and he’s ‌been exercising five days per week ever ‍since.
