CIUDAD JUÁREZ, Mexico – Authorities⁣ in Ciudad juárez fined ⁢an individual the equivalent of 3,394 ​pesos (approximately ​$200 USD) for selling puppies on public roads in hermanos Escobar Park on⁤ Tuesday night.
