According to Tyler Police Department Public Information Officer Andy Erbaugh, the incident unfolded as the girl was cycling near a school. Worl allegedly pulled his truck in front of her and then approached her, uttering the phrases “goo goo gaa gaa. I need you to change my diaper.”
The speedy-thinking girl promptly fled the scene and sought help from witnesses who recognized her. “They contacted mom and dad who went over there. They called the police immediately,” Erbaugh stated.Thankfully, the witnesses were able to provide a partial license plate number and a description of the suspect. Police were able to identify Worl, obtain warrants, and later arrest him. A video of his vehicle also aided in the investigation.
Worl is currently being held in Smith County Jail on a $600,000 bond. He also faces a separate misdemeanor criminal trespass charge related to another incident. The girl is understandably “quite shaken up” by the ordeal, police confirmed.

Newcastle Crown court heard that Taylor’s actions extended beyond simply dumping waste. She also smeared faeces on milk bottles and nursery walls,and even sought “comfort” by climbing into clinical waste bins. She admitted to stealing clinical waste bags and breaching a criminal behavior order that prohibited her from entering within 10 metres of a nursery without a valid reason.
The court heard Taylor had been experiencing a “particularly arduous time” in custody.She was sentenced to two years in prison, suspended for two years.
