Michigan Wolverines center Aday Mara has declared for the 2026 NBA Draft, according to multiple reports on Friday, which was the final day for players to enter the draft while maintaining college eligibility.

The 7-foot-3 center from Zaragoza, Spain, made the announcement after a breakout season with the Wolverines, during which he played a pivotal role in Michigan’s national championship run. Mara averaged 12.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 2.6 blocks per game, ranking sixth nationally in blocks and setting a Michigan single-season record with 103 swats.

Mara was named the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year and earned third-team All-Big Ten honors for his contributions on both ends of the floor.
